Eden Star Saigon Hotel Ho Chi Minh City

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all major attractions in District 1. it was not far from the backpacker area, making it convenient to explore the city's vibrant nightlife. The staff were friendly and helpful, and their English-speaking abilities made communication easy. The hotel facilities were great, with a refreshing rooftop pool offering fine views, and the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Cleanliness was also a priority, with the rooms being well-maintained and comfortable.

We loved staying at this place! The location is perfect, on a street that is not as chaotic as the mainstreets, in district 1 and within walking distance of many attractions. The service was fantastic, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, laundry. The room amenities were great, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, sitting area, terrace. The dining options were amazing, with a dining restaurant, poolside snack bar, bar/ lounge area, and snack bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff greeted us on entry with exceptional service.

The room was well-equipped and comfortable, with a nice modern bathroom. The poolside attendant was diligent and helpful in finding my lost earplug. The hotel staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The buffet breakfast was one of the best in HCMC. The rooftop pool, bar, and restaurant were fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown HCMC with everything within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly. We were even provided with a packed breakfast when our flight was rescheduled.

The pool area can occasionally be closed in the afternoon for functions, limiting access for guests.

The hotel was conveniently located in the city center, making it easy for us to explore the shopping and entertainment spots nearby. The lobby was spacious and bright, and we appreciated the presence of a souvenir shop and a small café right next to the check-in counter. The room we stayed in was well furnished and clean, with comfortable beds that were the best we had during our trip to Vietnam. the breakfast served on the mezzanine level was satisfying and provided a good start to our day.

Despite speaking both English and Vietnamese fluently, we still had trouble getting our message across.
